What we collect
Cronmint stores your account email, job configuration, schedules, request metadata, alert destinations, and execution results. Payment details are processed by Polar and are not stored by Cronmint.
How we use it
We use this information only to run and monitor your jobs, send alerts, provide support, prevent abuse, and understand aggregate product usage.
Sensitive job data
Request headers may contain credentials. They are never displayed in execution history or included in analytics. Use narrowly scoped, revocable credentials for cron endpoints.
Service providers
Cronmint uses Clerk for authentication, Vercel for hosting and analytics, a managed PostgreSQL database, Resend for email, Polar for billing, and Google Analytics when configured. These providers process data needed to deliver their services.
Retention and deletion
Execution history is retained according to your plan. Deleting a job deletes its execution history. Contact support@cronmint.com to request account deletion or a copy of your account data.
