What we collect
Cronmint stores your account email, job configuration, schedules, request metadata, alert destinations, execution results, and the campaign or landing page that led to signup when those details are present. Payment details are processed by Polar and are not stored by Cronmint.
How we use it
We use this information only to run and monitor your jobs, send service and onboarding emails, provide support, prevent abuse, attribute signups, and understand aggregate product usage.
Cookies and analytics
Cronmint uses essential authentication cookies and first-party attribution cookies that retain campaign parameters and the initial landing page for up to 30 days. Vercel Analytics and Google Analytics measure aggregate product and marketing performance.
Sensitive job data
Request headers may contain credentials. They are never displayed in execution history or included in analytics. Use narrowly scoped, revocable credentials for cron endpoints.
Service providers
Cronmint uses Clerk for authentication, Vercel for hosting and analytics, a managed PostgreSQL database, Resend for email, Polar for billing, and Google Analytics when configured. These providers process data needed to deliver their services.
Retention and deletion
Execution history is retained according to your plan. Deleting a job deletes its execution history. Contact support@cronmint.com to request account deletion or a copy of your account data.
